Services Offered

Pacific Geriatricians Group has an in-house capability for both ECGs and 24-hour Holter Monitoring. In partnership with our Cardiology colleagues, we are able to complete the tests and have them read and reported directly to your referring Physician. 

Please see the above ‘PGG Cardiac Tests referral form’ which needs to be completed by your Doctor. All fields must be completed for an ECG or Holter to be done. 

ECGs are provided as a walk-in service between 9 am-noon and 1 pm-4:30 pm. Please have your Doctor complete the form and bring it with you to PGG.  

Holter Monitors are booked in advance. Please have your Doctor complete the form and fax it to our office (604-620-8724) or drop off at our office to book in person.
