Dear Patients and Visitors,

Following the British Columbia Ministry of Health policy endorsed by Dr. Bonnie Henry, all patients, visitors and staff in medical clinics must wear a medical grade mask at all times.

If you do not have a medical grade mask one will be provided to you by our staff. As supplies are low we are not able to provide more than one mask per visitor.

If you do not wish to comply with this policy you are asked to kindly leave the premises. You will be contacted at a later date to reschedule your appointment as a virtual appointment.
